When you host with Sinistar, we charge a service fee to support the operation of our platform. The service fee only applies to the rentals you actually get, ensuring you’re only charged when you earn. This fee helps us provide a seamless experience, including 24/7 customer support, secure payment processing, and tools to manage your listings.

Sinistar charges a dynamic service fee on confirmed bookings, before taxes. The service fee is deducted from the payments you receive from Sinistar, if you receive any.

When you enter a price per night in the form, you are shown a real-time calculation of the service fee and the applicable taxes, as well as your income.
