Can I specify a minimum length of stay in my listings?

Yes, it’s possible to specify a minimum length of stay in your listings.

This can be useful if you’re not allowed to rent for short periods of time, for example. Or if you’re only interested in medium- or long-term rentals.

Here's how to do it:

1. Go to the "My listings" section of your dashboard.

2. Choose a listing and click ‘Edit’.

3. On the "Step 1: Key Information", go to 'Basic about your place' section. Then click the chevron to edit.

4. Toggle on the 'Minimum length of stay' and enter the days and click 'Save'.

You will then receive rental offers only for stays equal to or longer than the duration you have specified.
